LAST THREE SHOPPING STRIP PREMISES SOLD

The sale of a shopping strip in Altona North has been finalised with the last three of 15 premises going under the hammer.
A Melbourne based family put the properties at 90-118 Millers Road on the market last year. The total value of the sale was $7.29 million, representing an average yield of 5.9 per cent.
The properties price tags ranged between $430,000 and $1.05 million.
