A 121 sqm shop at 8 Luton Lane has sold off market for $1 Million. The property, leased to newly opened Luton Lane Wine Bar, sold before auction on a yield of 4.5 per cent, Vinci Carbone Property's Stephen Speck said. Eight Luton Lane is a newly completed five-storey mixed-use complex next to the under construction Manors Gate Hawthorn Club development.
